Female only dorms, nice communal area
The fridges were packed and I wasn't able to use it; had to keep my food in my bag and it really needed to be refridgerated

Very friendly staff, good area to make food, relax, plenty of charging sockets too, handy to have cages under your bed for luggage. Always a bonus if there’s tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook.
You’re packed in like sardines with a tiny window that barely opens because they attached a cable lock to it. I actually looked it up and everything about this is illegal according to local code. A bad review won’t do anything to stop them, you have to file a complaint with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (Environmental Health / Private Sector Housing) and the London Fire Brigade.
