Very friendly and welcoming hostel (thanks to Bree at the front desk, who explained everything and gave me a tour of the hostel). Many free activities are organized, including vegetarian meal and nightclub. I like the living room and outside area and the quietness of the location
I wish there had been towels included and bigger lockers in the rooms. It's not easy to travel with a wet towel

Staff were really nice and the whole vibe of the place was good. There were lots of activities organised by the hostel which was good.
Rooms were well sized,clean and comfortable.
Good location and close to Bayswater and Queensway Stations.
Really enjoyed my stay.
Maybe slightly bigger lockers. But otherwise very good
