Easy to find from the subway. Safe feeling area. Liked the garden.
Lots of stairs, no air or fan in the room. Broken light in the bed space.

The kitchen, terrasse and lounge where really really nice space to hang out, and meet other people.
The kitchen was always very cleaned and well furnished and equipped. I would go back there if we haven't found bedbugs.
The room (6 bunkbed women only) was very, very hot, even if we let the window open all night. Be ready to climb, the beds are really high and the top one feels like a furnace.
Also, we found bedbugs in our beds, my compagnion had almost 30+ bites, to the point she made an important allergic reaction. The place tried to accommodate us by switching rooms and giving us as much washing tokens as we needed, but we lost a bit more of a travel day because we needed to manage this, plus the expenses of sealed bags and medicine. The day after, there was two new girls in our old bedbugs room and they didn't know about it.

Good size room and the bed was comfy. There was decent storage space available. Nice to have some outdoor space to sit out in and was good to have access to a kitchen.
The room was quite run down, and the carpet was really worn, the windows a bit dodgy, and the whole room stank of vinegar. The showers made screeching noises down the whole building. The toilet was at the other end of the floor, fine, but it wasn't always that clean on the floor.
Also it should be made more obvious on the booking.com site that you only prepay 1 day, and that the rest you pay when you leave. This was a little awkward when I was trying to check out, as there was no information on booking.com that you pay the remainder in person.
