-location 2 mins from train (bayswater) and near restaurants road always busy
-great staff
-very welcoming
-easy to go anywere oxford street/bigben/buckingham palace
-kitchenette in our room was super cool with iron facilities
Mattress needs change and hearing foot steps and lift working all night as room was located near lift and next to staff room
A recomendation rather than a dislike is to leave a bottle of water.

The property is very well located, which is why I looked into it - I had already stayed on that neighbourhood before and really enjoyed it, but this time, stying at queensway itself was even better. I wasn't expecting the AC or the lift, which were very welcomed surprises - these buildings are older and not all of them have been adapted. It was a short stay and I would have been happy staying even longer.
That being said, I was alone - the room isn't that big, but plenty comfortable for one person and probably good for a couple as well. The shower was super comfortable, also bigger than the usual in the places I've been.
If you're the type to leave the room in the morning and walk around all day, I really recommend it.
no downsides for me, but they have a cat in the reception - I reaaly like cats, but if you're super allergic, it might be good to know. He doesn't go up to the rooms, but if you can't handle them at all it might not be the best spot for you.

The location was good, close to two metro stations. The room was clean but extremely small. ,
No breakfast was offered, we had to asked daily to restock the coffee and milk in the room. Since it wasn't done I had to go down to the reception to beg for some coffee.
The room was extremely small. There was little storage space, 2 carry-on, barely fit under the bed. There was no chair to sit and no table. If you wanted a snack, one had to sit on the bed. If one person needed to move around the room (shower or restroom) the other had to sit on the bed to be out of the way.
