They were so friendly on arrival. Early check in without asking. Breakfast was stunning and staff were fabulous

Great location, situated in a lovely Square, 5 minutes walk from the tube at Bayswater, with plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff were pleasant & helpful.
Room was very quiet.
Shower and bathroom room very small & tight but spotlessly clean
Bedroom a little warm but there was a fan provided

Close to Paddington and a very quiet location
Breakfast wasn’t as good as hoped, we were there for 9 (breakfast finished at 9.30) and a lot has gone and wasn’t re stocked - continental breakfast is fine but just not enough option.

The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and of good quality, making for a pleasant night's sleep.
The room was quite small, and while the shower was inside the room, the toilet and sink were located in a separate room across the hallway, requiring me to leave the room every time I needed to use the toilet or wash my hands. One of the room's walls was adjacent to what appeared to be a heat source (possibly a machine room or hot water pipes), making the room uncomfortably warm. Although the air conditioning worked well and was able to cool the room, the unit clearly needed cleaning. In the event of a fire, I do not believe the room would provide adequate safety for guests. The breakfast was very basic and did not justify the price charged by the hotel.
