Warm welcome, beautiful bedroom on main floor, solarium, four poster bed so comfortable, best night sleep. Amazing breakfast and choice and plenty of smiles! A nice 20 minute walk into town, walking back wasn't as hard as we thought. Location view lovely, you can see the Royal Crescent opposite. We enjoyed everything, thank you!

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice and cooked to perfection.
We travelled by train. It would have been helpful if the website could give some information about the best bus/buses to catch up to the Band B, given the rather steep ascent.
There was no bus information in the B and B either.
We worked the details out ourselves.

Lovely old building on a hill with expansive views. Good choices for breakfast in a sunny room at the back of the property. Lock box available for after-hours check in. Friendly hosts. Less than 20 minutes walk down into Bath city centre.
The car parking was in a line and best to reverse in facing the property. It was quite tight, particularly the spaces nearest the road. There were about six stone steps up to the front door with three bedrooms on that level. There were other bedrooms on upper levels involving lots of hauling suitcases up and down the stairs.
