Spa Suites at RAVEN

Jo was so accommodating and meeting Elvis (resident peacock) was a highlight of the trip. The spa was filled and ready for us to use on arrival which made the whole room smell amazing! Everything was just beautifully set.

There is nothing we didnt like

The room and the location are beautiful and will be in our memories, especially the peacock

Basic facilities like water or toothpaste wasn’t provided. Felt a bit pushy about the payment for the room decoration too. We already paid for the rooms in advance and were notified about the additional services like the room decoration which we chose, and initially were told that the payment would be collected while checking in. Then suddenly on the day of our journey I get a mail asking us for the payment via payid so that the surprise isn’t spoiled and the arrangements are made in the right time. I felt a bit unprofessional in terms of communication, as I would have gladly obliged for the payment in advance while booking, rather than rushing on the day of our journey

Jo our host was very accommodating. We was celebrating a birthday and Jo decorated our room perfect. Jo was also prompt getting back to me when I contacted her to organise our stay. I would highly recommend.
