Location for what we needed.
People were really noisy up until 2:30am. We had to be up at 3:30. That was pretty shit.

Tee and John, the staff were so helpful to us as we needed extra help with a vehicle break down.
The room had new carpet, bed and was recently painted.
5 min walk to tram 19 taking us past queen Victoria market and onto the city. It has great outdoor parking off street to accommodate our camper van
Cannot complain about anything....our stay was far superior to many venue of a much higher price

Really helpful
And friendly staff. So nice! So close to stuff. Rooms were great. Great budget option.
Nothing too fancy I guess but that’s what I wanted! No complaints.
