I like East Brunswick. It has trains and trams nearby. The facility is EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. It is not 5 star, but the prices are very competitive. no issues at all about cleanliness. Meals at nearby hotel, cafe take-away. Barkly Square shopping centre. All within walking distance.
If I want something better, I need to pay more.

I liked that it was close to Melbourne Zoo,Shops & Local Restaurants.
There were crumbs left in the cupboard where the toaster is from previous person,Also a lot of Mold in the shower.Pillows were not comfortable.
