The room quite surprised me. It was compact but had all the facilities. Secure and did what it said on the tin. The pictures of the room don't really do justice.
Staff a little grumpy. Stairs were a bit tight for getting luggage up and down (fortunately only once each way!). Room needed a fan as the weather was humid

Staff were brilliant! Sorted me out with sicciors when I couldn't get concert waistband off, helped me out with an item I left in room, room was great very compact cosy and was spacious. had free WI-fi and for the location in central London a short 5 minute walk from Euston station and Kings Cross station really couldn't fault. Would defiantly stay again and recommend great value for money.
The only tiny thing missing from my stay was that tea/coffee making facilities were provided but could have done with something to mix hot drinks with but I'm being very judgy.
