Very friendly staff, a comfortable room, and a very clean bathroom. The room I was in overlooked the street and the park, which was very nice. A bike station is right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to commute to/from the city by bike. Easy check-in/out process. Easy to get from Luton Airport, a 10 min walk from St Pancras station.

The hotel was nicely presented and the staff welcoming and professional. We felt comfortable from the beginning. We even paid for the breakfast on the second morning because it was so good the first morning. The room was comfortable and clean.
The only real gripe we have is the standard of the shower. It had a very poor flow and did not get as hot as we would have wanted. Possibly it was the room's location, as we were on the top floor so perhaps water pressure is an issue?
