The hotel is well located which made getting around very convenient. Our room was also very clean, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, we did experience a few small inconveniences during our six-night stay. We had to exchange the TV remote control not once, but twice. We also had to ask for a towel after one was forgotten. The shower gel dispenser was empty throughout our entire stay, and the hand soap was removed without explanation and never replaced.
After a while, it felt like we were going to reception every evening to ask for something, so we eventually gave up. It’s a shame.
