Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, do każdego miejsca uwzględnionego w programie mojego objazdu Madery miałam łatwy dojazd.
Czystość pokoju, codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników, wymiana pościeli w razie konieczności - super🤩
Monotonne śniadania, nie było żadnego urozmaicenia, zero odstępstwa od schematu,
ciężko było wytrzymać te siedem dni.

Ochotný personál. Z pokoje výhled na oceán. V docházkové blízkosti hotelu pláž, obchody a restaurace.
Celkem bohatá snídaně, ale ne moc pestrá (slanina, vajíčka, pečivo, cukroví). V průběhu času žádná obměna.
Základní úklid pokoje na denní bázi (výměna ručníků, ustlání, vynesení odpadků apod.)
Velmi špatná situace ohledně parkování. Málo míst, malý prostor k manévrování. Většinu volných míst obsazuje personál hotelu. V okolí hotelu jsou skoro jen placené zóny.
V pokoji chyběla klimatizace a např. fén. Nedalo se v noci moc větrat, protože tam bylo dost komárů a švábů (srpen). Jak se otevřelo okno, lezli hned dovnitř. Ráno všude leželi mrtví švábi, a to i v jídelně.

The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. They tried their best to solve the issues I had.
The kitchens are decent.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The balconies are nice, with good views.
The restaurant area is pleasant place to sit in to relax any time during the day.
I had to move room on two occasions (1. Looking for better WiFi. 2. Kids shouting and screaming all evening/night) and all three rooms had ant infestations. The first one, in the bathroom and kitchen, the second one, the bathroom, the third one, in the fridge. It may be that it's an island problem.
None of the three rooms provided me access to the WiFi. The signal doesn't get into the rooms and is only in the common areas such as the restaurant. Something to bear in mind for people who work remotely. I had to conduct an English class in the restaurant garden, which I did after it closed in the morning.
I'd have given it a 7 but have to mark it down 1 due to providing safes in room but making people pay to use them. It costs nothing to provide the key. Safety and security shouldn't be considered a luxury.
