Staff was helpful in organizing a shuttle to the airport, the location is great if you simply need to stay for a night after/before arriving by train or plane. The rooms are spacious if fairly simple.

We liked the location and the staff. The room was also decent in size however the aircon didn't work and the room was really hot. The water was cold both mornings which made it a really unpleasant experience. Outside the hotel was extremely dirty and not well cleaned.
No hot water on both mornings.
Aircon didn't work so room stayed extremely hot and uncomfortable. We did report it to the front desk.
Outside was extremely dirty and scruffy looking.
Breakfast was aweful. Quality of the hotel has drastically declined from our first visit. We will not be staying here again.
