Good location for where we wanted to be. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful, checking we had everything and asking if we needed help - especially Charles who went above and beyond to get us a taxi on leaving to go to the Train Station. The rooms were well planned and very comfortable. If you needed anything replacing or adding such as extra pillows, nothing was too much to ask! Excellent.
The only downside was the lift. I have a wheelchair and the lift fits 2 ppl one after the other but not wide enough for my wheelchair. It was manageable but made things more difficult. That said, everything else about the hotel made up for it!

The location was great, the hotel room was amazingly nice and cosy❤️❤️❤️
The restaurant was not open 24/7 but the hotel had so many other near by restaurants
