Wonderful location! Lovely staff, couldn’t be more helpful & nice! Love that there’s a Starbucks directly with the hotel. The room was nice was lots of amenities provided & the room was freshly cleaned & replenished daily.
Very nit picky but there isn’t an another mirror in the main room, just in the bathroom & the lighting in the bathroom mirror isn’t the best. I could also smell a funny smell at times, very very faint so not crazy noticeable but I think it may have come in front the street & I have a strong nose but after awhile you didn’t notice it.

The location, service, breakfast are all good.
The property looks a bit dated, and the carpets are showing their age. Considering the relatively high nightly rate, some renovations would help enhance the overall appearance and provide a better guest experience.

room was comfortable, location convent, breakfast was wonderful-staff friendly and attentive.
There could have been more drawer storage—there wasn’t any!

Breakfast was good.
I sent a message a day prior to my arrival and received no response. Upon checking in, I inquired about this with the receptionist, who unfortunately offered vague excuses rather than a helpful resolution. Furthermore, I discovered a hygiene issue in my room: there were two small cockroaches on the curtains and another one inside the fridge. I expect cleanliness issues to be addressed immediately.
