In the middle of the Jordan district, a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area, almost the centre of the Kowloon Peninsula. Lots of eateries in the vicinity, even a laundry shop in the next block to meet your need. Several other hotels nearby if price is not an objection. Do not expect too much because the facility is a bit old, but it is clean and tidy inside.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel, and right in front you’ll find a minimart and local eateries. It’s also just across the street from Shanghai Street, where there are plenty of food options and shops at night.
The price is reasonable, and the room isn’t too small—you can easily open your luggage. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
However, only soap is provided—no shampoo or other amenities. You may need to request them or pay extra, but there was no clear notice about this. There wasn’t even a single bottle of drinking water provided.
Other than that, everything was fine and overall satisfying. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time.
