very friendly reception and breakfast staff
Traffic noise all night long and church bells ringing for 3 minutes at 6 am. No airconditioning or ventilation in the room, so we needed to leave the window open to cool down the room and get fresh air.

everyone at the reception was so helpful and nice, the room was clean and had everything i needed.
the breakfast could have a bit more variety, yet it was still good. also it did get a bit hot during the heatwave and you can't adjust the room temperature but they do have a fan you can use.

This was our **second stay in the last two months**, and once again the team gave their best. They **upgraded us to a spacious apartment** with all facilities, and even prepared a **breakfast to go** for our early checkout. Great service all around.

the staff was kind
the hall had an odor.. I had to walk my luggage through the breakfast area to get to my room. Tissues felt like I should be writing on them for paper rather than using them on my nose. The breakfast was meager. Maybe it was just me, but my experience definitely didn't match the other reviews I read.
