Extrem freundliches Personal! Kamen spätabends (21.30 Uhr) an, das Schlüsselkasten-System hat nicht funktioniert, weshalb ein Herr nach 15 min da. war. Super Laune, sehr zuvorkommend. Sogar noch etwas für den Abend vom Edeka vorbeigebracht! Klasse! Gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten quasi immer vorhanden. Übernacht kostenlos, tagsüber (wochentags) mit Parkschein.
Keine Rolläden oder dunkle Vorhönge, deshalb sehr hell ab am frühen Morgen. Starker, intensiver und künstlicher Geruch/Duft im Flur/Treppenhaus nach der Reinigung (süß/floral) - aber Ansichtssache!

Hotel Brigach liegt nah am Bahnhof, was für uns Bahnreisende natürlich sehr angenehm war.
Gleichzeitig ist man im Nu im Zentrum der schönen Kleinstadt ( wo u.a. noch 4 originale Stadttürme! zu bewundern sind!)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können Hotel Brigach sehr empfehlen.

On the positive side the reception gentleman was very upbeat and friendly . He and several other gentlemen helped us up the 34 steps to
our room . Room was spacious but very dated . Nice clean and roomy bathroom . Adequate receptacles and comfortable bed . Multiple restaurants within easy walking distance . Price point was good for the area
On the negative side - the lift/elevator was not working and from the looks of it had not been working for some time .
Had to schlepp our gear up 34 steps
Bike storage was horrible - outside in a small unlockable side yard about 300meters from the busy train station .
Could have at least had a locking hasp or chain for security . Make sure you have several bike locks .
There was a ceiling fan which had been mounted on the wall at shoulder height and had no screen over the front . Therefore your hands or a child’s head were not protected in any way from those blades - quite dangerous !!
As noted the room was fine but definitely needed some updating and thought in the design .

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Es war kein Personal vor Ort; weder beim Ein-, noch beim Auschecken.
Es roch überall extrem nach Raumduft. Der Aufzug war verstellt und nicht benutzbar.
Der absolute Knaller war das Bad. Ich habe noch nie so ein kleines, kaputtes Bad gesehen. Die Dusche war unterirdisch!!!!
