Guesthouse Kastelia was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The room was small but well equipped, perfect for our 2-night stay. The owner, Nikos, was very helpful, answering all our questions and even calling us a taxi. We would definitely stay here again. Just a note: it is not in the actual town of Kalambaka, but rather in Kastraki, which we enjoyed.
If we had stayed longer, we would have booked a larger room.

We spent 3 nights in the location. The appartment was spacious and clean. We made our own breakfast which was perfectly possible with the kitchen equipment that was provided.
The appartment was rather functional (which is good ofcourse) than cosy. We would recommend to give it a bit more love.

The host was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The location is the best. So close to get to the monasteries and surrounded by the beautiful rocks. It was quiet and felt a bit like travelling back in time. Very close to a good coffee shop and amazing restaurants.
We were 4 people and the sleeping couch wasn’t too comfortable. Also some of the towels didn’t have the best smell.
