I loved how the room was clean and so quiet. Also if you add more charging points next to the bed it would be better
The receptionist should smile at their guest and give them a warm welcome, at least explain the facilities that you offer. However I think her name was Mary at the reception she was so approachable and had her smile the 5 minutes I got to speak to her
