I stayed at Vendome Plaza Hotel in Riga, Dubai, from 18th to 20th August 2026, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was very welcoming, friendly, and extremely cooperative. What impressed me most was their genuine willingness to help in every possible way. Whenever I needed something or had any difficulty, they were always ready to guide and assist me. They were also very helpful with laundry and pressing services. I would especially like to mention Salah and Mehdi from front desk as well as the hotel managers, the room service guy name kEldhose who was exceptionally cooperative and professional. When I needed to extend my stay, he was very helpful and also worked with me on the pricing. His attitude was genuinely friendly, understanding, and customer-focused, which made my experience even better. The rooms are very neat, clean, comfortable, and tastefully arranged. The lighting is excellent, the locker is convenient, and most importantly, the rooms are very quiet with virtually no outside noise. Room service is also excellent, with the staff regularly checking if you need anything. The hotel provides complimentary water, tea, and coffee, with a good variety of teas available in the room, along with other food and drink facilities. The location is another major advantage. As soon as you step outside the hotel, almost every basic facility is within easy reach. Supermarkets, mobile shops, barber shops, and excellent restaurants are all nearby. The restaurants offer very good food at very reasonable prices. The Red Line Metro is also just about a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to travel around Dubai. The staff’s positive attitude and customer service really stood out. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, almost like being at home.
