Location and price. I've got great recommendations from Giovanni about places to eat Roma style food! San Pietro train station is very close to the hotel which made our live easy in terms of distance and travel budget. There is nearby Bar/Caffetteria served by its own owners that serves fantastic breakfast.
Breakfast was no longer available, and no more bottles of water were given to guests after the first night. The TV set was too small although functional

Quiet location, the facilities are kept in working conditions. Cleanness was made a priority. Staff went beyond the normal call of duty to be helpful in getting local logistics sorted. Mike at the reception was excellent and business friendly.
The absence of breakfast facilities, though restaurants are located within reach except for the hilly location.
