Location was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking was a bonus. Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok not a huge selection.
Parking very tight. Said we had a partial lake view but couldn’t see it at all.

The pool was small, which knew it would be, but water line appeared stained, suggesting lack of regular cleaning.

The hotel was excellent throughout our stay. The room was well appointment and generous in size, the hotel itself was great with super Amenities. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were extremely attentive. The rooftop pool and bar were great and the staff were very flexible with us. The hotel is also very central to the town which was amazing!
Our only issue was the towels. We normally ask for towels every other day for environmental reasons but during this stay asked for new towels daily but the same issue kept occurring. I am not sure if the towels are being delivered close to the kitchen but the odour from them made it challenging to use them. We ended up using our travel towels for our hair. It wasn't a big issue and we still really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very cold, some more blankets and an electric heater could really be helpful.
Poor sound insulation, we could hear everything from the street.
