It was close by to the center, a clean room and a comfortable bed. The housemaid was cleaning room every day. Breakfast was good as well. Everything what continental breakfast includes was available. But the best part of our stay in this hotel was hospitality and politeness of the two brothers who are owners of the hotel. That kind of care for the guests is difficult to find even in the 5 stars hotel. I will definitely remember the stay in this hotel as the most memorable one ever. Thank you Luca and Giacomo. You have made our stay in Montecatini pleasant and homelike.

It was great value in a great location, run by two lovely brothers. Also spotlessly clean. There was a little misunderstanding at check in but it was quickly and kindly resolved.
I did wish the airco was more effective as we had 38/39C outside.

The location of this hotel is very near all the attractions that Montecatini Terme has to offer. It's close to shopping and restaurants which you can walk to from here. The hotel staff, front desk and maid service, were very accommodating and extremely nice.
The hotel is quite old and has seen better days. It desperately needs a face lift. It does not have parking (you have to find your own and we knew that as we have stayed in Montecatini before). The rooms are not super clean and the bathrooms are old and rustic. No frills whatsoever is a good way to describe it. There is only breakfast to be had, although this was good. They do not serve drinks or food otherwise.
