We had an overall pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and very well located. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The housekeeping service was very good and the property itself met our expectations.
Unfortunately, our experience at reception with Mr. Cristian was very disappointing due to his attitude. He was extremely arrogant, rude and impolite, not only towards me, but also towards his colleagues when they tried to step in and improve the communication.
To be fair — and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt :) — his English was quite limited, so perhaps part of the situation was caused by a misunderstanding. However, regardless of any language barrier, his tone and attitude were inappropriate and certainly not what I would expect from someone working in hospitality.
It was particularly disappointing because the rest of our stay was pleasant and the other members of staff were helpful, polite and professional.
I am sharing this experience not simply as a complaint, but because, if I had an employee behaving this way towards guests and colleagues, I would genuinely want to know about it!!

Nice but small room. Nice breakfast and nice pool area. Good location in the city, pretty easy to park for free close by.
Lack of possibilities to unpack and keep clothes in the small room, hang towels etc. Almost no hooks to hang things on, so we needed to have stuff on the floor. Pool towels were not included and no info prior to arrival, and expensive to rent. We needed to buy pool towels.
I think there could be more umbrellas for the sunbeds, hard to get shadow by the pool.
The cleaning of the pool was some days not great.

Location & style of the hotel & room.Pool & terrace.
The fact that I was allocated a room in the annex..not what I chose when booking.The situation was resolved but still my experience was tainted.
Very unfriendly & who seemed to be an very ungentlemanly waiter who served us dinner who made us feel unwelcome & spoilt our evening..I resent that as it upset my friend.
The fact we had to pay 3 euros for a towel for swimming..when your room cost 130euros a night I feel they can provide a towel.
Had stayed before and was very disappointed with my experience as I was so excited about coming back with a friend...all the way from South Africa & it was a big anti climax sadly.😥
