i was upset about upgrading to half board: they told in message me i could add dinner for 24 euro, i wanted it, but when i arrived at 5 pm they told me that i should have confirmed it in message befor 12 pm;(

Breakfast was great, and the restaurant , great service great food, Parking, easy access and spacious, the only thing negative : " it was raining at our arrival"

The staff on the reception desk were very professional and welcoming especially Anna (10 stars for her service). Breakfast was very, very, good (highlight of the stay).
Toilet flush was not functioning correctly. Needs repairs.

Close walk to town and Spa’s 10 minutes
Hotel did upgrade our room when we arrived however the Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was slapped together no pride was taken and shoved in a little back room And the nice area of the restaurant setup for the Tour groups lunch already. Very disappointing
