Un gran peccato! La dependance è sporca e bisognosa di manutenzione

La posizione era ottima, avevamo solo il pernottamento sulla dependance, accanto all’hotel.

La pulizia, la stanza non era perfetta, il pavimento non era pulito, il bagno aveva lo scarico intasato della doccia, la tavoletta del water era ballerina, il letto era rotto, gli mancava una stecca da una parte, un grandissimo peccato perché la dependance è un ottima idea, ma tenuta così non va proprio, ci vorrebbe un’attenzione molto diversa su questa struttura.

Exceptional

Comfortable relaxed hotel, very courteous and helpful staff, superb cooking, relaxed pool area, and lots to do in the area. We visited the historic terme, took the funiculare to montecanti alto, & visited Florence and Pisa as well as havong a good look around the spa town of Montecanto Terme itself which is very old-world glamorous with an array of interesting architecture from different eras, a beautiful modern art museum and lots of entertainment. The town is slightly sloping but easily cycled, and there are lots of trees and shade to walk in , and we used the hotel bikes to cycle around the terme park. All in all a great holiday. The train runs from ten minutes from the hotel by foot to the major Tuscan cities. The hotel was the basis of it all. We would have stayed longer if we could.

Good to a short stay in Montecatini

In the center near to all the main shops and plebes to eat and visit. The service was good.

Fine for the price. Don’t expect too much.

The staff was helpful and when we asked them if we can change the room for another one -as our room was too near to the street lights and there was no shutter and we could not sleep because of the light - they changed our room. The location is great. You can even find free parking spots nearby.

Too dirty to a 4 star hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom too. The breakfast was poor. As a vegan I could only eat pastries. No veggies, only a few tomatoes. In summer it is not acceptable. Poor choise of fruits. At least they have soy milk.

pool was not operational carpets on stairs were dirty and in need of repair. a bar of opened soap was left in the shower from the previous occupant of the room.

Poor

only facilities available were a bed and a pillow. Rooms were very poorly lit, no ironing service, no amenities in the room. overall it felt like a hostel but with a price tag of a fancy hotel. Not worth the price I paid.

Had a relaxing few days in this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything, it was beautiful and very clean. The staff especially Vanessa was very helpful at all times.

Girls trip

We liked location the most, everything was in a walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, great value for money.

Garage was little bit small and weird to navigate forst time entering. Elevator is pretty slow and breakfast could be better.

Great location to visit montecatini and montecatini alto. Great facilities. And great value for cost

The breakfast was satifactory. The hotel offered free bicycle service which was nice. The room was great.

The check in experience was not good. We were given a room not matching the photos on booking. But then they changed the room, so all worked out well. We were satisfied from the final result.

Grand old traditional hotel in a great position

A grand, old, typical Italian hotel close to the park and the town centre. The staff were very friendly, particularly the waiting staff in the restaurant. Our room was large with a big modern bathroom & we had a huge terrace with great views (room 370). The evening meal was good in the restaurant. Breakfast was simple, Italian style, but we are used to that. It was very close to the start of Terme parkrun which was one of the main reasons we visited the town. The pool was quite small but good for a dip on a hot day.

Disappointed because of the condition.

Nice location. 30 years ago it should be an elegant luxury hotel.

Renovation and general maintenance would be needed. Bad and very expensive breakfast, instead we ate in neer cafés. The old tube in the bathroom is painted and the painting is exfoliating. The carpet in the corridors is dirty.

Central Hotel with pool

Amazing hotel with a central location. the staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast and especially the coffee is great. and the pool is big and clean. all in all a great experience.

It might not be as 4-star like as you would imagine.

Excellent located old style building and well furnished comfortable, large lobby. The breakfast offered wide choice of food and drinks in a very relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival was warmly welcomed at reception. Room immaculately clean and comfortable.

Lobby bar could be better located.The shower cabins are too small, they should be replaced with the modern and contrmporary walk-in showers.

Noisy window shutters (other rooms) that creaked. They need some oil. :-) Bathroom - tightly spaced shower. Bad / peeling paint work in places.

Great staff and location. Sparking clean and quiet

Great views of Montecatini Alto from the balcony. The place is very clean and fresh. The staff are kind and accommodating and they speak English which makes it easy to communicate. The pool was nice and quiet. Also, they give you bikes free of charge to get around the town.
