It was clean and the staff were friendly. I really liked that we could stir our bags until check in time.
The elevator broke, while we were in it.

Room was big and staff were very friendly considering that I arrived at 02:00 in the morning
The property lack amenities for being a 4 star as per your rating.
Didn’t have complimentary bottle of water, no coffee or tea facilities.
Toiletries didn’t include hair conditioner.
