Staff, restaurant table service and menu were very nice/good. Rooms, dining and pool areas well maintained and clean.
The room was very small so luggage management was an issue. The shower was open so the small bathroom floor was totally wet after each shower. Breakfast was very basic but fresh and suitable.

Breakfast was quite excellent. The beds and room were comfortable if a bit old fashioned.
Parking area was narrow- I had a small car so it was manageable. The walls carry sound- one of the neighbors was having a loud fight and could be clearly heard.

- good location, close to the beach
- staff was nice and helpful
- they let us in our room earlier than required, which was helpful because we had an early flight and we were tired
- their restaurant serves really good food
- the pool
- we had noisy neighbours on our floor, it was quite annoying how they were screaming and smashing the doors, but this is not the hotel's fault

Good value for money; great public transport access to Heraklion old town, airport and even Rethymno; delicious meals at dinnertime at the hotel restaurant; beach only a few minutes away; staff was very friendly; nice pool area
The breakfast didn’t include many fruit options; the hotel is situated on a busy street, at breakfast all the windows were open towards the street and it felt like eating on a highway, there was however the option to take breakfast to the pool area
