The friendly staff, location, buffet breakfast and pool.

This is a great little 3* hotel in a very convenient location. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back.
Since a recent refit the rooms are quite nice and all have smart TV's with decent wifi. I always bring my Amazon Fire stick with me.
The grounds are well kept and the pool area is secluded with nearby bar.
It is located directly opposite Terminal 21, with numerous and regular 'Baht buses' to take you down beach road to central Pattaya.
We have made three visits here in the past two months, which says it all really.
Some of the breakfast items could have been kept warmer, such as baked beans, sausages, etc, but still a great breakfast to set you up for the day.

Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard.
Bathroom was a little dated. Only a hand held shower head. The fitting to hold shower head made the water miss the bath altogether going all over the floor. Could be a slip hazard.
