Due to wind the previous night our room had experienced damage, and we are upgraded to a much better, more expensive room at no cost to us, because of this. And absolutely loved our room

Great off street parking, nice staff and good room sizes. Great heat pumps.
Needed a good deep clean. Had a room that was next to the pool which wasn’t the best as pool goers could look straight inside.

No clothes racks for drying washing not suitable for dryer

Lots of room
Hot tub was metal! And dirty.
Wardrobe doors wouldn’t open fully.
Noisy workmen at 7:30am (on the Thursday)
Bed was 2 single Beds and 2 mattress pushed together!
Couch’s were uncomfortable.
Carpet was dirty.
