About this condo rental
Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $235 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. BRAND NEW! Don't drive to the beach and have to struggle to find parking! Walk 300 paces and squish your toes in the soft, white sand! Your cozy, comfortable beach cottage awaits! This newly renovated, beautifully decorated apartment is VERY nicely appointed to make your stay feel like home away from home. AND FOR YOUR SAFETY: While the spread of coronavirus in Long Beach has been low, we are still taking precautions to protect our guests. The apartment is santized with extreme measures, and cleaned with LED UV Germicidal lights. In this cozy VERY CLEAN apartment, you have all the amenities you need from a very comfortable queen bed, to nice linens, coffee maker, toaster own, microwave, and a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal in. You have your own private entrance. The apartment is part of a single family home, and is completely separate, private and quiet. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach to walk on the boardwalk, rent a bike, or work on your tan. Enjoy the bustling shops and restaurants, and the thriving West End where there is always a party! Plus you have your own beach passes, and the beach supplies you need (chairs, umbrella, etc). You get your own parking spot (a big deal around here). And if you don't have a car, it is a 15 minute walk to the train station, and easy access to Uber, Taxis, Bus, or the Long Beach Trolley (during the summer). JFK is 30 minutes, and Manhattan is a super easy 50 minute train ride. All the amenities you need are close by - thriving shops, restaurants, grocery & the train to the city or to explore other great spots of Long Island. Festivals, concerts, farmers market - it's all here!

The apartment was suitable for a couple looking to be close to the beach for an affordable price. There was much privacy as well! The owner was lovely!

We had a terrific almost week-long vacation, very near the boardwalk, and the ocean. Also, not far to so many restaurants. Kim, the host, answered our questions right away, all the appliances worked, and the apartment was beautiful. Altogether an A+ - we just loved it.

Great getaway
Did a quick 3 day stay. Property was easy to find, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Would mention it has some low-ish ceiling parts. For reference, I’m 6’2” and it wasn’t a big deal, but did have to watch my head walking into the kitchen area. Wasn’t able to find the bike rental for the boardwalk, from what I heard the town may have not put them out because of COVID? Still a great getaway spot, and would recommend to others.

A breath of fresh air!
Lucky for us, this property was available for a spontaneous beach getaway. Our little apartment, impeccably clean and conveniently located a couple of blocks to the beach, was fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. You could tell that Kim had a good time decorating and everything was in good taste. Driveway parking, separate entrance, comfortable bed, fully-equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home make this a wonderful choice for a Long Beach visit. We hope to be back!

This is a wonderful apartment with everything one needs when taking a vacation to Long Beach to enjoy the beach and the town.
The benefit of having your very own driveway is such a bonus if you have a car! We often visit our daughter, so we are so happy we have found this all equipped apartment. You can't help but fall in love with this apartment plus its location.

Great place to stay in Long Beach
Hotels in Long Beach leave a lot to be desired -- seriously. This was a fantastic alternative. Quiet, clean, comfortable, near the beach and just about the best bed I have ever slept in. Highly recommend for 1 or a couple.

Long Beach Gem
We have stayed in a number of properties over the years in Long Beach and this is definitely one of the BEST!!. Kim is a great host and everything was ready when we checked in. Check in was a breeze and the instructions Kim provided before check-in and the detailed information she left in the apartment helped make everything seamless.
This property has every convenience that you would ever need or want and the remodeling of the apartment was first class. My wife really loved the way Kim decorated the apartment, which gave it a “homie” feel. Property has driveway parking, is close to the beach and close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping. This is a can’t miss rental property and you will absolutely enjoy your stay.
We hope to rent again next summer.

We’d Give It 6 Stars If We Could
Kim and David are everything you want in a homeaway host. They were always available —friendly, helpful and accommodating—when we needed them, yet gave us full privacy. The apartment is a sweet gem, immaculate, beautifully appointed and stocked, separate from the main house. The bed was very comfortable, which is a big deal for us. We had a small, private, flower lined yard with grill. Best of all, the beach is a short stroll. We are already planning our stay for next summer.

Lovely in every way
I spent a long weekend away from NYC in this charming and lovely cottage by the sea. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. Excellent location-- very close to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and far enough away from the Main Street to be peaceful.
The apartment is also well stocked with everything you need-- Kim has really put a lot of effort and thought into providing amenities for her guests. Thanks for a great weekend and I look forward to another visit soon.
