We have been to Cozumel several times over the years. We loved being so close to downtown yet a little away from all the craziness of the cruise ship pier. There are three units for rent and the rooftop is shared by all three plus the owner but it is huge. None of the units are the one facing the street with the little balconies that is the owners space. The unit was very clean and modern compared to any place I’ve seen in this price range. The bed was firm but not rock hard like many in Cozumel. The unit had its own small hot water heater and once you learn how to conserve water in the shower it will do the job. There is a smart TV but no service so you’ll have to stream but know that your Prime or other service may have limited copyrights in Mexico and much may not be free. Wifi was good but only on the main floor where the kitchen is. Up to the bedroom or roof and we lost it. Kitchen is adequately supplied minus an oven. But the magnetic cooktop did a great job. The little bakery on the corner to the East is amazing. Her fresh baked bread each morning is the best! Right across the street is a tiny burrito spot with fantastic grilled burritos. I only wish there were a sandy beach closer but that has always been the case for San Miguel. We would definitely stay here again. If you are a diver it couldn’t be more convenient.

Property as advertised. Great location 1/2 block from the beach. Yuval and staff very accommodating with any requests. We'll equipped kitchen with newer appliances full size fridge. Definately stay here again.
