Our apartment is your home in Cozumel.
Located in the heart of Cozumel, just a block from the ferry. You can find restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, banks, rental cars, diver shops and everything you might need just around the corner.
The apartment is cozy and perfect for two people. It has a queen size bed, private bathroom, equipped kitchen and a terrace. You’ll have Netflix for rainy days or just relax, excellent Wifi for working before going diving.
After a busy day of visiting the island you can relax in the garden in the loungers and have a beer.
You can make a bbq in the grill or take a walk down the waterfront just a block away.
Definitely the best place to stay in Cozumel.

Host was excellent - very responsive and fixed all issues quickly. Would be nice when renting, if there are no issues. A decent inspection would have eliminated most issues! Definitely feel like the whole place, including kitchenware could have been cleaner. Felt like the bare minimum cleaning was done. There was dust around the rims of all the cups and glasses. Dust and particles on the sofa. I was afraid to touch anything. For the price, the place was extremely private and comfortable and close to everything. The downside of that was it was too close to all the places playing music all day and night. If you like peace and quiet and like to retire early - not the place for you. It was mostly quiet during the day.All in all a good place and excellent host.

The location was the best with our stay. So close to tons of live music and a short walk to the ferry! If you rent a car HTL is just around the corner as well! My only frustration was the water pressure in the shower. It was barely a trickle. But would definitely stay here again!

Location was good, live music was playing at night at nearby bars. But it was great music and was quiet around 11pm.
We used the bikes one day, the tire was flat, so we walked several blocks to fill it. The ladies staying above us said they filled the tire once already...so it was in need of repairs. We didn't have any hot water for the kitchen sink the whole time we were there. The person who was coming to look at it on Saturday...didn't come and when we came back Sunday, still nothing was fixed and we left Monday morning. That was definitely disappointing, although the owner did message and tell us to rent bikes and she would reimburse us. That was nice.
