The location. Hotel Architecture. Hotel home ambience. River view. Clean rooms.
We need to have sensor based lighting. Few lights to be kept on all the time. Few lights sensor based need to be installed. When guests arrive light can be on, on the floors. This will save 10% of your electricity bills.

The location for the Riviera hotel was very good . Wanted to be near the gold souk by cab 5 mins . The hotel info says 10/15 min walk but it would have easily been more . The staff were very friendly . I had room service and the food was excellent . Bathroom amenities with easy to use wash / shampoo little bottles ( as opposed to the pump action wall mounted bottles that don’t work properly ) good value for money
I had an amazing view over looking the creek would have been lovely to have been able to sit out on my balcony but no table or chairs .

The Location is perfect if you want to experience Old Dubai, Gold Souk, and other older parts of Dubai. very convenient and walkable to Gold Souk and other places, many Arabic restaurants nearby, plus you are directly in front of the Dubai Creek
What I didn't like is the Process the hotel has, you make people wait for 3-4 hrs to check in, but when its time to check out and I requests an hour late check out 5 days prior, you tell me to ask the night staff, then night staff told me to ask day staff, this kept going until the last day, they say no because they are fully booked. This is my only complaint
