The view from the room is incredible. Loved the fireplace, the ready made wood and the comfy bed.
The spa area is a bit worn down. Needs window washing, renovations.

Rooms were superb, always clean, good heating system, nice view from the window, the pit fire was always ready and easy of use, no smoke towards the room. The breakfast was good overall, they change little things so you don’t always eat the same.
3 things, first, the fact the there’s no cover for cars and/or for waking from the rooms to the spa/cafeteria, this bothers a bit since you have to be all dressed up to go to the cafe every morning, especially because of rain/snow. Second, the black coffee, I already experienced this in other hotels in Bariloche, black coffee is just bad sorry, I don’t think there’s a strong culture of gourmet/specialty grains for the coffee. Third, the scrambled eggs are good but they could easily increase the variety with avocado/seasonings/omelet/tomato/etc… I think it would create a more diverse menu

As instalações deixam a desejar, já que são muito antigas. O custo da diária é muito elevado para o que o hotel entrega.
Instalações antigas. Chuveiro ruim. É preciso sair do quarto ao ar livre, em temperatura abaixo de zero grau, para chegar no local onde o café da manhã é servido. Deveria haver local coberto para chegar de um lugar ao outro.
