Lugar estupendo!!!

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente!!! El desayuno muy bueno y la paz del lugar realmente te permite descansar... Respecto de la pileta, cómo único punto en contra es que se debe salir a la intemperie para ir de la habitación y la pileta! Como no es algo malo pero si para observar lo escribo acá...

Good hotel with great views but a lack of personal touches

Beautiful view from the pool area. The pool itself was great, and there was a children's pool area which was useful. We were able to have an asado (bbq) which was great. Good breakfast. The location is good - it's outside of Bariloche but close enough to be picked up for excursions.

There wasn't a lake view from all the rooms (or if there was, it was very partial). That was disappointing because it says 'lake view'. The staff were ok but a little cold and unwilling to help in certain situations.

Beautiful view and comfortable stay

Beautiful location away from the center where it’s quieter. waking up to bird song was so lovely and the view from the room was amazing! Staff are super nice and helpful. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Good. They gave me all I expected.

The price was good, the room is very comfortable and the staffs were polite.

They don’t have his own restaurant and the breakfast don’t have many options. Beyond that, I think the massage service could be better.

WONDERFUL OPTION!

The room, simply excellent, size, comfort, cleanless, towels, bathroom, bed, really nice. The swimming pool, kind of nice option to spend time in family. Simply, nice! Breakfast was ok, not too much, but ok. And in general, the view of the hotel was incredible!

Maybe the location is not the best to walk around it, you will require taxi/car. But besides that, HOTEL IS a beast!

Excellent hotel with lake view from your window, conveniently located 5 minutes away from Bariloche town and ~20 minutes away from hiking near Llao Llao

Great breakfast ! the staff were very friendly. the room is spacious, the hotel has a complete facility like gym, spa, pool and parking lot.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was average. It is in walking distance of the cable car to the top of the mountsin behind the hotel

The only food available to buy on site was via a locked fridge which had to be opened by a member of staff, there is a microwave if you want to heat anything up. As the hotel is on a steep hill there is virtually nowhere to eat within walking distance so you are a bit stuck unless you want to get the car out again.

Great staff. Very helpful regarding laundry service, taxi order or recommendations for the area. Massage in the SPA was super cheap and of great quality! Well equipped gym.

The roof of the swimming pool is always closed and the water is a little bit too warm. It's definitely great for rainy/windy/cold days but not really in the summer. Breakfast was okay but could be improved with some vegetables.
