Friendly staff, clean room with no functional issues, location (though not the fairest place) had good places to eat and shop for convenience and good transport links.

The room was pretty clean although the vent for cooling and heating was very dusty, The location was great for visting Parque de La Villette whihc was really great.
The breakfast was mediocre with machine coffee and juice, limited selection of fruit, and not the greatest pastries (It´s Paris! not good coffee!)

Comfortable and clean
One staff member was a bit rude as I didn’t speak much French and had a few questions to ask but all other staff were extremely friendly

It’s very clean and the staffs are very nice.
My room was not sound proofs at all. I can hear every single word from the neighbors. I am not sure if is that room in particular or it is general. I got waked up early in the morning and in the mid night. I went to the lobby but it does not have ear plugs available. The staff here was very nice that they talked to people next door. But unfortunately they did get much quieter. I hope the hotel can work with the sound proofing facility or at least prepare ear plugs. Otherwise it’s extremely hard for people especially in jet lags.
