location . metro and bus, used same metro line to get where i wanted to. it was convinient
they havent provided the slippers and there were not soaps and shamppo, the bottles were empty, but i always take mine with me, so it wasnt too bad

Easy proximity to train into central Paris, parking underneath hotel
Lots of homeless people hanging around outside and this made us nervous. This was day and night.

The location was convenient, and breakfast was included.
The additional charges were not as clearly or accurately communicated as expected. My Booking.com confirmation stated that the city tax to be paid at the property was €13, but we were charged €17.50. It also clearly stated that private parking costs €20 per day, but we ended up paying more than €20 within a day.
The underground garage was unpleasant. Getting in and out was unnecessarily complicated because we repeatedly had to call for someone to open the gate, and the garage had a terrible smell.
We booked a room for three people, but only two towels were provided and the third bed (the bunk bed) was not prepared. There was also no soap or shower gel in the shower, so we had to come out and use the hand soap at the washbasin.
Breakfast was included, which was convenient, but the selection and overall quality could have been better.
Overall, the hotel needs to be clearer about additional charges and parking fees and make sure rooms are properly prepared for the number of guests booked.
