The staff at the reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. This is the main thing I will take away!
The room was clean and the air con was nice as it was hot at times.
At the time we stayed the hotel was quiet especially at night.
The location was great for me, just a short walk from the Gare du Nord and the Gare L'Est, and other metro station and many shops and supermarkets are nearby.
What could have been better:
1) Room 42 needs a little extra care ie the room could so with repainting, there are lots of areas which were chipped which painting would resolve.
2) When you take a shower the floor gets wet so a new shower curtain or glass is needed.

Nothing in particular actually, it was just ok and in some aspects disappointing…
The location, the cleanliness, the size of the room was too small, every single morning the cleaning staff would come next to our room and make unbearable noise…
