reception staff were all very polite
the lift was absolutely bizarre. the smallest lift i think i’ve ever been in. the neighbourhood wasn’t that great at night time.

Location was meet my expectations. Only one issue the air conditioning suddenly started squicky noise really early morning which happened two nights . We needed to inform them second night which they fixed it . Third night early morning I didn’t call them again I turned off the air conditioning at around 5:30 .
Location I like the most and the staffs at the reception . The bed was fine but the duvet cover was bit smelly although they changed it but after changing I found the same smell .I’m not making any complain but for the improvement. I needed for those 3 nights booking urgently on that location which I got. I really appreciate for that .

To be fair it was clean and breakfast was fine.
Getting to the room and where it’s situated was not ideal and unsettling for families.
