The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which was great. The decor was nice and it was clean. Great shower.
The bathroom door lock didn't work which we told them about but only at the end of the stay so it could be fixed for the next guests. Because it was a triple room there was not enough space to open the window by the bed. The design of the shower base was not ideal as water would spill over onto the floor after shower use but the shower was great and the bathroom size fine.

The attendant at the front desk was VERY helpful (Yassir). Any request I had he answered promptly and any directions I asked for he looked up immediately. Thank you Kabanel and thank you Yassir!!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a beautiful courtyard. More spacious than most city hotel rooms. Clean and efficient. The air conditioning was definitely a plus during a June heat wave! Easy to access metro. They were able to accommodate our family when our air b&b was canceled last minute- we were so grateful!

Lovely staff and front reception with nice features like coffee, sweets, breakfast. The rooms had all we needed for a short stay but quite small
Rooms maybe not the best air conned given the warmer temperatures and nearby area a bit noisy if windows are left open
