Really close to the Gare du Nord. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English; both young women we met could not do enough to help us.
Clean and cosy room, which was very quiet.
Nice touch to have free access to the good coffee machine in main reception.
The breakfast was limited. I realise it is a French culture thing, but it is really horrible to be on the patio eating breakfast and be surrounded on a sides by people chain-smoking.
The room we had (facing inner courtyard) was quite small; I wouldn’t want to stay there with lots of luggage/stuff for more than a few nights.

Perfect location fro Gare Du Nord, incredibly helpful receptionist. Room was everything we needed for our 1 night stay and are staying there again on our return journey

Breakfast was pretty good. A good choice was available. Finding the way to the breakfast room was a bit challenging, since it is shared between hotels.
Drinks in foyer not available in the evening and staff not enthusiastic about addressing the problem, despite informing us that drinks were available.

Proximity to Gare du Nord made this hotel a perfect choice for my stay. It also houses a small, super compact gym (once you find it!) and lovely staff.
Perhaps it is in the name...Cosy. Indeed it was super Cosy. Exceptionally small rooms, very compact toilet and shower area. Personally I dislike not having a washbasin next to the toilet because you need to access a door before washing your hands. Nevertheless it wasn't a huge disaster. There was also a leak into the reception floor level from upstairs so the staff were rushed around to sort it out. I did not have breakfast unfortunately either.
The temperature in the bedroom was centrally controlled so you couldn't change it on the thermostat. Consequently it was so hot inside the bedroom throughout the night. I was told in the morning that all I needed to do was to tell the receptionist at night and they would have override the settling.
