Stayed the night before catching an early train at Gare du Nord and it was incredibly close to both Gare Du Lyon and du Nord.
Street was a tiny bit noisy but nothing crazy, as expected for a city hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—it was much bigger than I expected. It also came with a small but fully functional kitchen, although we didn't end up using it since we only stayed for one night.
The hotel is just a short walk from the station, which was a lifesaver since we had a lot of luggage. As for cleanliness, there were no issues at all.
Areas for Improvement
This isn't an issue with the hotel itself, but because it's so close to the station, the surrounding area felt a bit intimidating at times. Naturally, nothing actually happened, though.

It is very convenient for getting to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est stations.
Groups of street people hung around outside and kept up noises until at least 3am.
