The hotel was in a very convenient location. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We would go back again.

The room was nicely decorated in modern/contemporary style and the location was good, less than 15mins walk from Gare du Nord station.
The air conditioning unit was broken, warm air was coming out instead of cool air - the room temperature was hotter than outside, and it very unpleasant to sleep at night time as we had to open the windows, which facing the main street with lots of noises and police/ambulances sirens throughout the night.
We notified the front desk on the first night but no one responded back, mentioned again the next morning to the reception, and was told an engineer will take a look at it (day 2), but never did...

"Very large bed and I had a great sleep. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Air con in the rooms which was great as it was so hot. Lovely funky hotel. Free coffee and water available in reception."
