The room was typical of a Paris hotel, small and cramped but clean. The receptionist was efficient. The hotel was able to accommodate us with no fuss despite a very last minute booking due to a cancelled train. Extremely close to the station, on the Eurostar end.
The breakfast is included but actually in a different hotel next door. This actual hotel has few facilities. The area is quite unsafe at night.

Offered a large room for my entire family, was comfortable enough
They didn't allow me to prepay my parking and set it up. So I had to find parking, go pay for parking, then move my car into a small garage a block away which had a broken door that stayed partially open with a lot of homeless people outside. There was fresh garbage by my car when I came back the next day. The parking garage was incredibly hard to get in and out of even with a small car.

The location of the property opposite Gare du Nord is great for travel onwards.
Our room was right next to the lift so there was some noise, especially later at night.
The clothes storage was in the exceptionally large shower room but if used all clothes would have got damp when the shower was used . We kept our clothes in our suitcases in the bedroom.
No kettle or drinks facilities in the room.
