+conveniently located at walking distance of Paris Nord train stationd and right next to Chateau Landon metro station
+sufficient continental breakfast buffet
+compact IBIS-style triple room with comfortable beds
-since our room was on the side of the Paris-Est train station, we were woken a few times at night by the sound of trains entering/braking in the train station
-the choice of fruit at the breakfast was rather limited and no decafeinated coffee

Location very close to the Chateau Landon metro station and 500 m from the Gare d’Nord. The Brochure suppled by Ibis showing the metro stops for all the cities major tourist attractions was invaluable. Easy as! Breakfast very good and unlimited. Although room being on the 3rd floor above the metro line this source of noise was practically irrelevant.
Entry foyer needs revitalization. A cracked glass panel at the front entrance needs immediate replacement. Reception staff lacking energy. On one night a whining dog in a nearby room disrupted sleep. I can only blame the inconsiderate owner unless the property were to ban dogs.

i loved the location not far from the center you can easily access montmartre and louvre on foot and the breakfast was great the bed was super comfortable and the ac worked well also the rooms were clean and check out time was 12:00 but the staff let us stay till 13:00
some of the plates and forks were dirty we were constantly checking if the ones we took were clean and the staff didn’t speak english well also i booked one triple room and it wasn’t available for some reason and they gave us two separate rooms that was uncomfortable for me
