The staff could not do enough for me. They were very helpful. Good solid breakfast.
The cleaning was sometimes lacking. The car park flooded, so drains needed maintenance.
My room, carpet, and bathroom looked tired and in need of renovation.

Dingy doom poor flush on toilet, couldn’t control heating a lot of noise from other guests
Ridiculous charge for a pet! As they haven’t charged previously
