Weekend lungo a Liverpool

Situato a 5 minuti da Lime Station ed a vicinissimo a Central Station, comodo per visitare la citta'. Malgrado l'hotel sia in zona centrale la camera e' silenziosa. Ci e' stata cambiata la camera perché avevo chiesto una disabili ma quella fornita non era per disabili (la sedia a rotelle non poteva entrare in bagno a causa della porta troppo stretta). La camera e' stata prontamente cambiata ed il personale della reception e' stato gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Buono l'accesso disabili in sedia a rotelle. Si accede alla reception senza barriere architettoniche e poi bisogna prendere un montacarichi e successivamente prendere l'ascensore (ce ne sono due e sempre disponibili). Camera disabili ampia, con doccia a filo pavimento. Disponibile angolo cottura.

L'asciugacapelli era guasto, ma per noi non e' stato un problema perché non lo dovevo usare. Aggiungerei maniglione dal lato WC per facilitare i movimenti.

Todo genial

La atención al cliente fue espectacular, nos atendió genial un chico polaco, un trato de 10, estuvimos hablando con él de lo que hacer en Liverpool y súper agradable, un 10 con su atención.

Las camas son un poco duras, pero se puede dormir perfectamente, lo único que hacía un poco de frío en la habitación pese a poner la calefacción a tope

Really Enjoyed our stay at this aparthotel

Staff - We saw Rob on front desk almost every day where he always greeted us with a brilliant welcoming smile. He was superb and really helpful with any questions regarding our room, the aparthotel, other facilities, local haunts, directions for sightseeing especially because he's from Liverpool he has a wealth of knowledge and he'd have a quick chat about our day (if he had time) which was friendly yet professional too. A Gold Star and Thank You to Rob.

The small street outside of the entrance was a bit grubby at times and although I understand this is not the fault of aparthotel it was off putting.

Accessible, clean and central to every thing in central Liverpool. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

Easy to find from Liverpool lime station. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities in the room.

Better pillows. , we’re very soft and only two in room.

Excellent facilities, great staff, great location.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, very comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Modern facilities. Very quiet, surprisingly!

Very minor point - the lifts start on the mezzanine floor so you need to lift suitcases up a flight of steps (unless you use the disabled lift). Also, dropping off bags when arriving is difficult because of restrictions on private cars getting to entrance.

It's location and comfort.

Lack of ventilation. I sleep with open windows, my windows were locked shut. I appreciate they can't be fully opened for safety but they wouldn't open at all.

Great location for a stay in Liverpool.

The location was excellent, close by train stations, restaurants, pubs and shopping. The studios were equipped with everything you need.

We found the safe difficult to use because it was on a very high shelf in the cupboard.

Lovely stay.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast very nice and varied. Clean and nice apartments.

It's a very busy area, lots of pubs with loud music in the direct neighbourhood. For a poor sleeper like me, sometimes the music disturbed me (but my window couldn't be shut properly due to a technical problem, which I discovered only after a couple of days). Also, the WiFi was not ideal. I had to check in again almost every day and it was not the most stable connection.

Location was brilliant - just one block to Bold Street full of brilliant restaurants

The apartment was very clean and had a small kitchen stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge. The bed was great and the bathroom clean and modern. Location was brilliant - opposite Liverpool Central Station and just one block walk to Bold Street - a whole street of fabulous restaurants. We had exceptional meals at KO GRILL (Indian) and CRUST (authentic Italian pizza). Our favourite coffee shop was BOLD STREET CAFE. Apartment was also a 15 minute walk to the docks where all the museums and art galleries are located. We extended our stay.

The location was good, the bed was very comfortable, the fridge was a bonus and the reception staff were very very friendly.

The window, it would hardly open so fresh air was virtually zero.

A room with great view of the city and relaxing time.

The bedding and the towels were laundered well. Everything was clean. The kids liked it.

The lifts weren't working for a day so that was annoying. We were on the 4th floor and both lifts were out at one point. Location was great but parking was a nightmare. We parked in the Park Bee. The 10% discount was a good incentive.but a bigger discount mat help if we were to consider a return visit.

Amazing location, apartment has everything. They just need to up with the dusting.

Location was brilliant, ideal for seeing everything.

The apartment was brilliant, had everything you need, but when the bed was raised it was very dusty and dirty. The cushions were covered in dust. When the bed was down you couldn’t see it but that’s not the point.

Excellent choice

The room is exactly as in the pictures, very nice staff, very good location (basically you are close to almost any turistic objectives in Liverpool and also to the shopping area and also the pubs and clubs.

It's not something that bothered me a lot but if you want to increase even more the quality of the room, a bit more attention to the cleaning part, can help. There was some dust here and there but as I said nothing disturbing.

enquired about the breakfast and was told its £15 each, that is way over the top for a breakfast in Liverpool, especially when there is a wetherspoons literally a 2 min walk away with half the price bigger breakfast etc
